The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office V – Bicol Region, through its National Household Targeting Section (NHTS), successfully reshared the updated Listahanan 3 Database (as of December 2024) from June 9 to 11, 2025.

The updated database was officially turned over to:

The Provincial Government of Masbate,

The Municipal LGUs of Palanas and Uson (Masbate),

And the Municipal LGUs of Ocampo and Baao (Camarines Sur), through their respective Provincial/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officers (P/MSWDOs) and Data Protection Officers (DPOs).

These 5 newly engaged LGUs and PLGUs are now part of the growing list of data-sharing partners, bringing the total to 17 out of 17 regional targets for the first semester of Calendar Year 2025—successfully completing DSWD Bicol’s regional goal for active data sharing.

To access the Listahanan 3 Database, stakeholders are required to sign a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) with DSWD. This ensures full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and upholds the protection of sensitive personal information.

Regional Director Norman S. Laurio, together with the DSWD Bicol NHTS team, remains committed to making the Listahanan 3 Database accessible to stakeholders to support targeted delivery of social protection programs and services for eligible beneficiaries.

This resharing initiatives is in accordance with the directives of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, as part of the Department’s continuing efforts to uplift the lives of the poor, vulnerable, and disadvantaged.
