The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V provided assistance to affected families from various provinces due to Typhoon Nona (international name Melor).

According to DSWD Disaster report as of 2:00 in the afternoon, Today, the field office has provided a total of P32,000 family food packs amounting to P11,857,280.00 to affected families.

The affected families are coming from the provinces of Albay, Catanduanes and Sorsogon. Breakdown are as follows:
