The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Bicol held a simultaneous Face-to-Face Orientation on Digital Assessment for Social Pension Program participated in by the Local Social Welfare and Development Offices (LSWDOs) in the six provinces.

During the meeting, DSWD FO5 personnel discussed the memorandum issued by the Program Management Bureau in line with the “𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘖𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘯𝘴 (𝘚𝘗𝘐𝘚𝘊) 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴.”

The event underscored the Assessment for the Use of Digital Payment that will be conducted until September, along with the strategies and policy for the effective realization of the program.

This initiative is a significant step towards digitalization that promotes the smooth and efficient implementation of the Social Pension Program.
